5、Procedures and Orderliness 程序和整理
l What serious unsafe act could be committed in your area because of inadequate procedures?
在你的責任區中,因為不適合的程序可能會造成什么樣的不安全行為?
l What skills can you use to determine whether procedures are adequate, known and understood, and follower?
Decide to pay attention to how employees are following procedures. Stop near enough to observe them as they do the job paying special attention to job and safety procedures. Act to talk with them about procedures, especially with regard to whether they are known and understood. Report using a Safety Observation Card.
你可以使用哪些技巧來確認作業程序是否適合,且被員工知道、了解并遵守?
